30-Day Return Policy
A 30-day return policy is available for qualified products. We are regrettably unable to provide you with a refund or an exchange if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase. If you would like to return an item, it must be unused, in the original packing, and in the exact condition that you got it.
Initiating a Return
In order to start a return, please get in touch with our customer service department at support@classic-lamps.com within 30 days of the purchase being received. Tell us about the things you want to return, along with your order number. You will receive assistance from our customer service staff during the return procedure.
Return Eligibility
All of the things can be returned. Returns are not accepted for personalized or sale products unless they are broken or faulty. Additionally, we might need evidence of purchase in order to process your refund.
Refund Process

Exchanges

Return Shipping
When returning an item, you will be liable for the cost of postage. There is no reimbursement for shipping charges. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your reimbursement if you are granted one.
Damaged or Defective Items

Late or Missing Refunds
